Auto Xperts Monroe - a Main Street Auto shop

The team at Auto Xperts from Jason, Kenny, and Aaron are very professional. They are highly knowledgeable of their craft and were very steadfast on both communication and parts location for my car when I had a busy week where having down time for my daily ride wasn't too much of an option. I certainly wasn't taking the Mustang GT out of the garage anytime soon. Highly recommend working with this team as they are great to work with, were very informative on explaining my lower control arm needing replacement (ball joint) coupled with installing my provided sway bar end links. If you want a mechanic team you can trust, definitely reach out and schedule with them soon!

If you are planning on taking your vehicle to Auto Xperts on North Monroe near Lake Jackson, just DON’T! I would seriously not recommend Auto Xperts to anyone, ever!! I usually go elsewhere for my cars’ services, but needed an oil change right away so I wouldn’t go over the mileage and this shop is closest to our home in Havana.. I took my 4Runner into Auto Xperts yesterday, July 3rd, for a simple oil change and tire rotation. After they worked on my vehicle, they literally allowed me to drive away with only ONE lug nut securing one of my wheels. Right when I drove off, I heard a crazy thumping/crunching noise but thought maybe I might have ran over something in the road while trying to get into the turn lane to go into CVS.. When I took off from the light - while I was driving, my car wasn’t turning like it should and the crunching sound was now extremely LOUD! The front passenger wheel almost COMPLETELY came off, creating an extremely dangerous situation. The whole wheel itself was hanging pretty much sideways off of my car only being held in place all crooked by the one lug nut. I had my 8 month baby in the car with me, and I’m incredibly grateful that neither of us was serious

The experience was great from start to finish. My starter went out and they were able to get me in and had me up and running the same day. Aaron's customer service was to notch and they were very affordable. I will definitely be back if I need car repairs in the future.

This shop has done great work repairing and maintaining my Silverado. Transparent pricing, good work, and knowledgeable staff. Part/repair warranty is handled smoothly. Recently they did an full vehicle inspection/tune up and the thorough check was awesome. My truck, with over 150k miles definitely was in need of some replacement parts.

Jason at the front desk was extremely helpful and professional. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my car in a way that I could actually understand, and made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. He was friendly, easygoing, and knowledgeable. Great customer service — I really appreciate his help.
